I couldn't get the bulb to inflate beyond one pump, and there is a layer of black coloured rubber inside the pump, so you can't see how much effect it's having. Would prefer a see-through pump and this wasn't explained in the product details.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
